Reactivate the License Server in TotalAgility

If your primary or backup license is about to expire, re-activate the license.

  1. On the Home page, click System Settings > Settings.
  2. Click the License Statistics tab.
  3. In the License Escalation Thresholds group, click Reactivate License.

    The License Activation page displays:

    • Serial number

    • Product code

    • Machine ID

  4. Select either option:

    • Select Automatic to reactivate the license automatically.

    • Select Manual and enter the Activation Code.

  5. Click Reactivate.

Reactivate a license for the backup server

  1. On the License Statistics tab, click the Backup tab.
  2. Click Reactivate License.

    The License Activation page appears.

  3. Enter the Serial number for the backup server.
  4. Enter the Product code for the backup server.
  5. Click Reactivate.

Reactivate the License Server in an Azure environment

On the License Statistics tab, click Reactivate License. The license refreshes automatically. The License Statistics tab displays the license details.
