View associated groups for a resource

A resource can be a member of many different groups. For example, a resource can belong to both the Finance group and the Project Management group.

You can view the groups to which a resource is associated. Being able to view the list of associated groups helps you manage your resources more effectively. For example, before removing or replacing the resource, you will know all of the resource associations so that you can assess the impact of a change and act accordingly.

  1. On the Resource page, click the Groups tab.
  2. Look in Associated Groups to see a list of all groups associated with the resource.
