Configure the general properties of the work queue control as required.

Enabled

Allow the control to be enabled at runtime.

Name

Enter a name for the control.

Tooltip

Enter the tooltip to provide supplemental information about the control at runtime.

Security Token

Use security tokens to make the form more secure.

Session ID

Specify from where the session ID should be taken at runtime. Use a form field, form variable or a global variable to specify the session ID, or provide an inline value.

Resource ID

A Resource ID helps (for example, a supervisors) to identify and monitor the pending activities of another worker resource, group or a role. Consume the required form field, form variable, global variable or an action. The information displayed is based on property.

Note the following:

• When you map the Session ID and Resource ID to the control, then at runtime it displays the resource activities based on the Resource ID.

• It is mandatory to have a valid session ID.

• If you take up an activity that is assigned to a group which you are not part of, then the activity fails.

• When you only map the Session ID and not the Resource ID to the control, then at runtime it displays the resource activities based on the Session ID.

Visible

Choose whether the control be visible at runtime. (Default: Yes)

Show Alternate Row Color

Allow alternate row colors in the table of activities.
