Associate a New Job action with a state

See New Job action.

  1. On the States page, click Advanced.
  2. In the New Job Action group, select the Job Type, such as New Job.
    Note Case Ref and Case ID options are only available depending on the selected job type.
  3. Consume a Process.
    A list of map Parameters appears.
  4. Map the variables to the corresponding Parameters by consuming the variables in the Mapping boxes.
    Note If the required variable is not available, create a new variable (process or server). See Create process variables or Create a server variable for more information.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Similarly, create the New Case and Job In Case actions.
