Properties of a Document Set control

Enabled

Allow the control to be enabled at runtime.

Name

By default, the control ID appears as the name of the control. Change the ID to make the control easier to identify during mapping.

Tooltip

Use a tooltip to display supplementary information about the control at runtime.

Visible

Choose whether the control be visible at runtime. (Default: Yes)

Security Token
Use security tokens to make the form more secure. See Security tokens.
Session ID

A Session ID validates and identifies the currently logged-on user. Consume the required form field, form variable, a global variable, action or provide an inline value. The information displayed is based on property.

Case/Job ID

A Case/Job ID validates and identifies the case or the job. Consume the required form field, form variable, a global variable, action or provide an inline value. The information displayed is based on property.

Mode of Operation

Select the mode of operation as customer or case worker. Based on the mode of operation, at runtime you can view the summary of documents (status of current documents) and also upload the outstanding documents that are required for completing the process.

  • Customer can view the summary of unrestricted document types along with their current status. They can also upload the new documents against a document type required for completing the process.

  • A case worker can view the current status of a document set in relation to a job/case and make some basic changes, including:

    • Add a document type by defining a basic rule to the live document set.

    • Add a new document against a document type.

    • Modify the document type by changing the state from required to optional.

    • Force validating a document type rule.

    • Update the date required

    • Re-evaluate the document rules for a document type and also evaluate any activities in that job that are awaiting preconditions.

    • Update the document type for a document.

Upload Document Form

By default, TotalAgility provides the DocumentViewer form for uploading document. You can consume a custom form that uses a Web Capture or File Upload control to upload a document to a document set at runtime.
