Manage custom images

Use this option to upload images from your machine. You can:

  • Add image files, such as JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG and SVG
  • Add multiple images.

Note the following:

  • Upgrading from a previous version of on-premise TotalAgility does not add images to the database. When you open the form, the Load from Store option is set to No.

  • Upgrading from a previous version of TotalAgility in Azure automatically adds images that TotalAgility provides to the database. When you open the form, the Load from Store option is set to Yes.

If the image is referenced through a URL, the Load from Store option is set to No.

  • When exporting a form that has an image, the image is added to the form zip file.

  • When importing a form that has an image, the image is added to the database and to the image location. The image name must be unique; if the image name already exists, a warning is displayed.

  1. On the Home page, click Form Designer > Images.
  2. From the Images page, select a Category for a new image.

By default, the page displays your working category and all the images that are currently stored in the database for that category.

  3. Click Browse next to the Image box and select the image.
  4. Click Add generic add to upload the image and list it in the table.
  5. To preview the image, click the View Image button for the image.

Note When you import a tiff image into the store and click the View Image button, you are prompted to download the tiff file to view. This is because IE and Chrome browsers do not support display of tiff files.
