Create a business target

A business target defines how Kofax TotalAgility monitors the collection of key business events.

  1. On the Home page, click Business Monitoring > Target.
  2. To select a category for the business target, in the Category box, consume the category to use.
  3. Enter a Name and Description for the target.
  4. In the Monitor Event group, do the following:
    1. Consume an Event to monitor.
    2. Select the Interval within which an event should be monitored from the following options; Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.
    3. Select the monitor Criteria either as Sum (count of the event) or Occurrences of the event which reaches the specified value.
    4. If you select Sum, select the Field Name to monitor event against the Target Value.
    Note Use Operator to define the target value.
  5. Select the fields to use as filters. Use the operator to define the Filter Value.

    The filter option lets you create multiple targets based on one event, and filter the targets by different criteria.

  6. Click Save.
