Build an MFP Work Queue form

An MFP Work Queue form only displays the MFP-friendly activities. The Embedded Page and File Upload controls are not available for this form.

  1. On the Home page, click Form Designer, and under MFP section, click Work Queue.

    The Work Queue Form page appears.

  2. Optionally, consume the work type to use.
    By default, the standard work queue columns appear. If you select a work type, the columns associated with the work type appear.
  3. Manage work queue columns as follows:
    1. To exclude a column from the generated form, clear the check box for that column.
    2. To change the display order or position of the columns in the form, use the Up and Down arrows on the column header.
    3. Sort the work queue columns.
  4. Click either of the following:
    • Generate: To save the form.

    • Generate and Release: To publish the form.

      A WorkQueue form is generated in your working category. The generated form has the following format:

      • If you have not selected a work type, the form name defaults to WorkQueue.
      • If you have selected a work type, the form name defaults to <Work Type>WorkQueue.

      The form is ready to use and has the necessary controls and actions defined. Customize the form as required.

      Note At runtime, you can search the form based on the search criteria, such as case reference, activity name and process name.
