Configure the account settings for a resource

To enforce security, configure security settings for a resource account. You can lock or unlock resource's account to deny or grant access to the system. Additionally, prompt the resource to change the password on next logon.

  1. On the Home page, click Resources > Resource.
  2. On the Resource page, click the Account Settings tab.
  3. Lock or unlock the account as needed:

    • Click Yes to lock the account.

    • Click No to keep the account unlocked.

  4. To prompt the resource to change the password on next logon, click Yes for Change Password on next logon. (Default: No).

    At runtime, the resource is prompted to change the password.

    Note Once the password is changed, the "Change password on next logon" property should be set to No to be able to log in using the new password.

    This setting does not apply when logging on to TotalAgility Designer and logging on to TotalAgility using MFP devices and mobile devices.
