Delete an item

From the list, click Delete Delete for the item to delete. For example, to delete a milestone, click Delete Delete button for the milestone to delete.

Delete an item on the module explorer

You can delete items such as processes, forms, extraction groups, folder types, and classification groups from the Module Explorer.

  1. On the module Explorer, click the List name.

    All the items within that list appear.

  2. Click the button for the list item to delete and click Delete.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.

  1. On the Process Designer Explorer, click Processes.

    A list of processes appears.

  2. Click the button for the process to delete and click Delete.

  3. Click Yes to confirm.

Note To delete specific versions of the process, select the version and click Delete. The selected version and all the previous versions are deleted. For example, if you delete Version 3 both version 1 and version 2 are also deleted.
