Associate an exception handling map with a process

  1. On the Extended Properties page of a process, click the Exceptions tab.

    The Exceptions list displays all exceptions with their description and exception codes.

  2. To select a process map to associate with the specific exception, consume the process in the Process box. For example, to invoke a process to deal with an activity with a passed due date, consume the process in the Activity Due (EXP0013) exception.
  3. The exception settings are also available at the server level. See Configure exception settings. If you assign a map to an exception at the server level, the same map is selected by default at the process level. To override the default process, select the Override check box for the exception.
  4. Click Save.
