Create a site
See Sites.
- On the Home page, click .
- To select a category where you place your site, consume the required category in the Category box. (Default: Working category)
- In the Name box, enter a unique name for the site, such as COMPANY_SITE.

By default, the site takes the base language of your computer. You can change the language in which to display a
site. To select the languages that your site should support:
- Click Configure for Languages.
- On the Languages page, select the required languages.
- Click Close.
Note the following:- By default, the site is displayed in the browser language. You must set the browser to the language that the site must display in.
- If a form within a site does not support the site language, it is displayed in the base language.

In the
Desktop Settings group, configure the following settings for a site.
- Header Form: Consume a header to apply to your site.
- Horizontal Navigation: Consume a horizontal navigation to use in forms. See Configure the navigation settings
- Vertical Navigation: Consume a vertical navigation to use in forms.
- Default Form: Consume a form to set as the default form. When you access the site, the first form that is displayed is the default form.

Theme: Consume a theme to apply to the site.
TotalAgility provides the following out of the box themes.
- TotalAgility Workspace
- Oceana
- Irn Blu
- Rusty Moon
- In the Tablet Settings group, either copy settings from a Desktop or Phone settings or configure new settings for the site.
- In the Phone Settings group, either copy settings from a Desktop or Tablet settings or configure new settings for the site.
- Click Save. The configured settings are saved.
Access a site
- Use the following URL to open a specific form in a site:
http://[servername]:port/TotalAgility/Forms/[mysite]/[FormName].form
Replace the servername, mysite and Formname with the required information.
- Use the following URL to open the site to the default form:
http://[servername]:port/TotalAgility/Forms/[mysite]/
It redirects to the default form in the site.
