Configure a Document Review activity
- Add a Document Review activity to the map. See Add an activity.
- On the Extended Properties page of the Document Review activity, click the Configuration tab.

To configure input for a Document Review activity,
consume the variable in the
Input Document/Folder box.

When creating this activity, on the Configuration tab, you can provide only one Document or Folder variable as input to the activity. See Create a document variable and Create a folder variable.

On the Input/Output tab, you can provide any number of additional input and output variables of any type, except Document or Folder variables. However, you can add fields from a Document or Folder variable. See Configure the input and output variables for an activity.

To use a classification group in a Document Review activity, do
the following under
Classification Group:

Click
Yes for
Use Classification.
(Default: Yes)
If you do not add a classification group, users cannot change the document type.

Select either option for
Inherit from Process:
-
Yes: Inherits the classification group from the process. At runtime, a list of document types belonging to the classification group at process level appears. (Default: Yes)

No: Consume a Classification Group to change the classification group specific to this activity.
If you do not consume a particular classification group for the activity or inherit one from the process, or if you select to inherit the classification group from the process and have not associated a classification group at the process level, the system displays a message. You can save the process but cannot release it until the configuration is complete. -

Yes for
Use Classification.

In the
Page Rendition group, do
the following:

To inherit page renditions from system, click Yes for Inherit from System. The rendition fields for the activity become unavailable.

Click No for Inherit from System to display the Default Displaying Image option where you can select the page rendition to appear as default.

In the
Allow Modification of Imported
Documents group, do the following:
- Click Yes for Inherit from Process to inherit the setting from process.
- Click
No for
Inherit from Process to allow merge,
split, delete, rotate or reorder pages.
- To disable deletion of pages and merge or split documents that are imported but not scanned so that you do not loose the original copy of these documents, click No for Merge or Split Document and Delete Page. (Default: Yes)
- To disable rotation of images and reorder of pages of imported documents that are not scanned so that you do not loose the original copy of these images, click No for Rotate Image and Reorder Page. (Default: Yes)

Click
Save.
When you take the Document Review activity at runtime, the generated Document Review form appears.
