Configure a SharePoint Create Folder activity

  1. Add a SharePoint Create Folder activity to the map. See Add an activity.
  2. On the Extended Properties page of the SharePoint Create Folder activity, click the Configuration tab.
  3. Consume the SharePoint Site in which to create a folder.
  4. Use a static or dynamic value to specify the Relative Path which is the location on the SharePoint site where the new folder will be created.
  5. Specify the Folder Name for the folder.
  6. To use an existing folder in the selected location, click Yes for Use Folder if Already Exists.

    At runtime the job created on this activity is completed and the existing folder is retained.

    Note If you select No, and a folder with the same name exists, the job fails.
  7. To configure TotalAgility to automatically retrieve the folder identifier from SharePoint, consume the variable in the Unique Identifier box.

    If TotalAgility finds insufficient privileges, incorrect parameter values, or a mismatch between the selected location and the TotalAgility Web service, the folder is not created and the job is suspended at runtime. Error details appear in the event Log.

  8. Click Save.
