Create a business event

Use business events to monitor business performance, either independently of processes, or through a process that initiates an event.

  1. On the Home page, click Business Monitoring > Event.
  2. To select a category for the business event, in the Category box, consume the category to use.
  3. Enter a Name and Description for the business event.
  4. To define the event fields to map to process data, enter a Name for the event field, and select the field Type.
  5. Click Add generic add.

    The newly added event is added to the table.

  6. Click Save.
