Save, release and deploy a form

  • To save a form, on the Action bar, click Save Save.

  • To release a form, on the Action bar, click Release Save and Release. You can view the changes at runtime.

  • To preview a form, on the Action bar, click Preview Form Preview. You can preview the current form in a new window.

  • To deploy a form, use the URL, http://[servername]/TotalAgility/Forms/<formname>.form and replace the server name and form name.

  • If a site is used, use the following URL: http://[servername]/TotalAgility/Forms/<sitename>/<formname>.form.

Note You must have a development license to start a job based on a Saved or Awaiting form.
