Configure the CMIS Get Document activity

  1. Add a CMIS Get Document activity to the map. See add an Activity.
  2. On the Extended Properties page of the CMIS Get Document activity, click the Configuration tab.
  3. To select the CMIS-compliant site and the CMIS web service URL, consume the site in the CMIS Site box.
  4. In the Repository, select the source from which to download or check out the document.
  5. To copy or check out a document from a subfolder in the repository, use either of the following methods:
    • To enter a static value for the folder, click Static Static and enter the value in the Relative Path box.

    • To enter a dynamic value, consume the variable in the Relative Path box.

  6. Enter the Document Title using a static or dynamic value.
  7. Enter the Document ID using a static or dynamic value.
  8. In the Download Location box, enter the location of the document using a static or dynamic value.
    Note For TotalAgility in an Azure environment, this option does not appear. The document is automatically stored in the default path in the respective tenant.
  9. To check out the document from the CMIS-compliant site to your local computer, select Yes for Check Out.
    Note If you do not select this option, TotalAgility copies the document onto your computer but does not check out the document.
  10. To store the return value of the document in a variable on check out, consume the variable in the Private Working Copy ID box.
  11. Click Save.
    The document is downloaded or checked out to your computer.
