You can view the following information for a form:

• Last Modified Date: Date on which the form was last modified.

• Status: Status of the form such as New, Saved or Released.

• Version: The version of the current form. A saved form displays the minor version, such as 0.1 and a released form displays the major version, such as 1.0.

• Modified By: The resource who last modified the form.

To view the information for a form, on the Extended Properties page, click the Info tab.
