Delete a form template

  1. On the Form Designer Explorer, click Form Template.

    A list of form templates appears.

  2. Click the button for the form template to delete, and click Delete.

    Note You cannot delete a form template if there are actions associated to controls. You must remove actions associated to controls before deleting the form template.

  3. Click Yes to confirm.
