You can automatically generate MFP forms to access from Lexmark MFP devices. Use the TotalAgility Form Designer to generate the following MFP forms for the TotalAgility functionality:

• MFP Work Queue

• MFP Scan Create New Job

• MFP Take Activity

When you generate these forms, the ScanStatus variable is automatically added to the form. The value of variable is set to the message associated with each scan (success or failure). If the existing forms do not have the ScanStatus variable, the variable is added on regenerating the forms.

A ScanFailed event is raised when scanning or uploading fails for any reason including user cancellation.
