Configure a Raise Event action
Configure a Raise Event against a Job TotalAgility action for an event against an entity instance in the Dynamics CRM System. For example, set up the Raise Event against a Job action for the Update event in the Dynamics CRM System. Similarly, you can set up a Raise Event action for the other CRM events like Create and Delete.

On the
Dynamic CRM System Configuration page, select
the CRM System for which to configure events.
The CRM System Configuration page appears.

Click
Add
for
CRM Systems.
The Dynamics CRM Event Configuration page appears.
- Select the Business Units.

Select the
Entities.
All the attributes for the selected entity appears.
- Select the Eventfor which to configure the TotalAgility action, for example Update.
- On the Action list, select Raise Event.

To raise an event at runtime, do the following:
- Enter a static value or consume the Job ID.
- Enter a static value or consume the Event.
- Enter a static value or consume the Source.

Click
OK.
When the entity instance is updated in the Dynamics CRM System,TotalAgility raises an event against a job.
