General properties of an Activity Action control
- Enabled

Allow the control to be enabled at runtime.
- Name
- By default, the control ID appears as the name of the control. Change the ID to make the control easier to identify during mapping.
- Text
- Enter the text for the activity action control.
- Tooltip
- Enter the tooltip for the activity action control.
- Visible

Choose whether the control be visible at runtime. (Default: Yes)
- Security Token

Use security tokens to make the form more secure. See Security tokens.
- Resize to Fit

Allows to resize the image:

Click Yes to fit the image to the full size of the form.

Click No to use the original size.

- Load Image from Store

Select either option:

No: Enter an image name or URL in the Image Path box.(Default: No)
TotalAgility provides custom images. These images are available at the following location of your installed folder:<Installation location>\Kofax\TotalAgility\Agility.Server.Web\Forms\Images
In on-premise TotalAgility, if you wish to use images other than those provided by TotalAgility, you must place your images in the Images folder.

Yes: Consume an existing image or enter the image name (for example, Add.png) in the Image Path box.
The name must match the name in the database for the image to display at runtime.

The Session ID validates and identifies the currently logged-on user. Specify the Session ID for the control by consuming the required form field, form variable or a global variable, or provide an inline value.
- Job ID
- The Job ID validates the job on which the action will be performed. Specify the Job ID for the control by consuming the required form field, form variable or a global variable, or provide an inline value.
- Node ID
- The Node ID validates the node on which the action will be performed. Specify the Node ID for the control by consuming the required form field, form variable or a global variable, or provide an inline value.
- EPC
- EPC validates the embedded process node on which the action will be performed. Specify EPC (Embedded Process Count) for the control.
