Configure a header toolbar

Define a header toolbar for a form and add buttons to the toolbar.

Note You can configure standard properties of a button for each header toolbar button, and also define an image button.
  1. Click the HeaderToolbar tab.
  2. Click Yes to enable the header toolbar.
  3. Enter the Height of the header.
  4. In the Title box, enter the title text for the header.

    The title appears at the center of the header toolbar.

  5. Configure the Style using Theme, Inline or Class. (Default: Inline)
  6. To add a toolbar button, do the following:
    1. Type a name for the button in the Name box.
    2. Set Alignment to Right or Left.
    3. Click Add Generic Add.
  7. Click Save.

    At runtime:

    • The header toolbar appears docked at the top of the form.
    • The title text appears in the center.
    • The buttons are aligned to the right or left of the form, based on the configuration.
