Assign maintenance access

You can grant maintenance access permissions to a resource or group to restrict or grant access to maintain a form.

When you import a form or upgrade TotalAgility from a previous version, the maintenance access for the form is set to "Everyone" with "Full Control".

When you export a package which includes a form, the access permissions are maintained.

  1. On a form, click the form name.
  2. On the Properties bar, click Settings Extended Properties.
  3. On the Extended Properties page, click the Resource tab.
  4. In the Resource box, consume a resource or a group.
  5. On the Access Type list, select one of the following options:

    • Full Control: Users with this access type can create, modify and delete a form, and also set and modify the access permissions for other users. By default, the Everyone group has Full Control.

    • Read Write: Users with this access type can modify and delete a form, but cannot change the access permissions.

    • Read: Users with this access type can only view a form; they cannot modify or delete the form or set and change the access permissions for other users.

  6. Click Add generic add.
    The resource or the group with the access type appears.
