Configure a Document Conversion activity

  1. Add a Document Conversion activity to the map. See Add an activity.
  2. On the Extended Properties page of the Document Conversion activity, click the Configuration tab.
  3. To configure input for the Document Conversion activity, consume a document or folder variable in the Input Document/Folder box.

    Note When you enable any of the following options in the Document conversion profile, you must only consume a folder variable and not a document variable.

    • Enable Portfolio PDF Extraction

    • Enable ZIP Extraction

    • Concatenate Multiple PDF Files

  4. To add a document conversion profile, consume the profile in the Document Conversion Profile box.
  5. Click Save.
