Stop and start the Kofax TotalAgility services
TotalAgility services include Core Worker service, streaming service and others. You must stop and restart TotalAgility services for certain changes to take effect.
Stop and start the Kofax TotalAgility Core Worker service
The Kofax TotalAgility Core Worker service performs automatic activities, message import, job creation and other scheduled tasks for Kofax TotalAgility.

Click
Start and in the Start Search box, type
services.msc.
The Services window opens.

Right-click the
Kofax TotalAgility
Core Worker service and click
Stop.
The Kofax TotalAgility Core Worker service is stopped.

To start the service again, right-click the
Kofax TotalAgility
Core Worker service and click
Start.
The Kofax TotalAgility Core Worker service is started.
Stop and start the Kofax TotalAgility Streaming service
The Kofax TotalAgility Streaming Service hosts the streaming service to import and export of large data.

Click
Start and in the
Start Search box, type
services.msc.
The Services window opens.

Right-click the
Kofax TotalAgility
Streaming service and click
Stop.
The Kofax TotalAgility Streaming service is stopped.

To start the service again, right-click the
Kofax TotalAgility
Streaming service and click
Start.
The Kofax TotalAgility Streaming service is started.
Stop and start the Kofax TotalAgility Application Pool
Click Start and in the Start Search box, type iisreset and click iisreset. The command window appears and the Applications pool stops and starts.
