Update card reader settings to support Kofax Business Connect

If you want to receive documents from mobile devices, you need to update a card reader setting on the Epson Open Platform.
  1. In a Web browser, enter http://<device_ip_address>.
  2. Depending on your card reader model, do one of the following:
    • For the WF-C20590 card reader, go to Device Management > Card Reader
    • For the WF-C869R card reader, go to System Settings > Card Reader
  3. In the Operational parameter field, enter RU5BSTAxMDA7AAE=.
  4. Click Next then OK.
