Sorting the Scan List

Depending upon the scan filters selected, and the privileges of the logged-in user, the list of scans in the Scan Client can display in a variety of ways. Once the scan filters are set, the list can then be sorted based upon scan attributes (for example - User name, Job status, Submission date). Each attribute is presented as a link in the column header. Clicking the link sorts the list based upon that attribute, in either ascending or descending order. A small icon appears beside the header indicating that the list is sorted by this attribute. Click the icon again to change the order. By default, the list is ordered by submission date, with the latest date at the top of the list.

The list displays 10 scans at a time. Use the First, Previous, Next and Last links at the bottom of the list to navigate through the pages to view additional scans.

The following table lists the sort attributes.
