Welcome to Kofax Power PDF, which gives you the ability to create, convert, edit and share PDF files. You can also create fillable PDF forms, annotate PDF files, create bookmarks, use commenting features, convert PDF files to other document formats, and manage PDF security.

  • Create PDF files from one or more source documents. The PDF files will be viewable, printable, searchable and editable. You can also create PDF files directly from the following applications.

    • Microsoft Word

    • Microsoft Excel

    • Microsoft PowerPoint

    • Microsoft Outlook

    • Google Chrome

    • Mozilla Firefox

    • Internet Explorer

  • Create fillable PDF forms or open, read, edit, annotate, share and search PDF files.

  • Compile or edit bookmarks and generate a Table of Contents from them.

  • Comment on PDF documents, with notes, text boxes, markup, drawing tools, and more.

  • Convert PDF and XPS files to editable documents for the following applications.

    • Microsoft Word

    • Microsoft Excel

    • Microsoft PowerPoint

    • Corel WordPerfect

    You can also open PDF or XPS files directly from integrated applications, edit the files, and save them in the appropriate file format.

  • Manage PDF security using passwords, digital signatures, and other options.

  • Interact with Document Management Systems such as Microsoft SharePoint to acquire input files and store conversion results.
