In Power PDF Advanced, you can open files from a Document Management Systems (DMS) and save PDF files back to a DMS. You can also insert pages into the current document from a DMS.

See a list of supported DMS systems in the technical specifications. The menu items listed below offer DMS items only if a supported DMS is detected on your computer. They also access Cloud storage sites.

The WorkSite DMS has two more menu items:

• Register WorkSite Servers: More than one WorkSite server can be used within a network. Use this command to register the servers you want to use (save passwords, etc.)

• Use Document Profile: From version 8, DeskSite has two different user interfaces for opening and saving files. Select the Use Document Profile menu item to specify the UI of a version earlier than 8. If this menu item is not selected, the latest UI will be used.
