The output file cannot be generated, the file will not be converted | Possible reason: The saving destination is write-protected. |
Solution: Change the folder properties of the destination folder, or select another destination.
Possible reason: You may be trying to overwrite a read-only file.
Solution: Select another output file name.
The output file already exists | Reason: Output file names are automatically generated from input filenames (only the filename extensions are different depending on the selected output format). An output file with the same file name already exists, probably having been generated during a previous conversion process. |
Solution: You can decide to let the program add numerical suffixes to the output filename, or overwrite these files. Click Yes to distinguish an output file with a numerical suffix (such as example_0001.doc). Click No to overwrite the file. |
|
The output filename is reserved by another input file | Reason: The same output file name was given to the input files of the same name opened from different folders.
