Define page actions

  1. Pages icon Click the Pages tool in the Panel Bar to display a set of page thumbnails in the Panel area. Then right-click a page and select the Page Properties command in the context menu.
  2. Select the Actions tab and select from the following:
  3. Pick a Trigger. A trigger is an event that fires the selected action. Select the trigger from: Page Open or Page Close.
  4. Select an Action from the drop-down list.
  5. Click the Add button to specify action details.
    Example For instance, you can have a selected Form Data File imported into the fields of a page once this page opens.

    Another example is to select Open a web link when the Add button is clicked, so that a link URL can be entered.
