This panel appears in Convert Assistant if Legal is selected in the drop-down list of the Mode tool, or in the Options menu.

The panel has the following sections:

• Layout options

• Retain options

• Processing options

• Handling Graphics options

• Retain Images: Keep the images such as stamps or signatures which are typically included on legal documents. Clear this option to exclude the images from the output file.

• Retain Pleadings: Keep pleading numbers in the left margin of a legal document. Clear this option to drop pleading numbers.
