You can configure permissions to maintain a form.
- Select Use security tokens to allow security token. See Security tokens.
By default, anyone including external users can access forms. To restrict or permit access to a form to specific
individuals and groups at runtime, on the
Security list, select either option.
Option Description Allow everyone except
Allows everyone except the defined resource to access the form at runtime.
To add the individuals and groups to restrict them from accessing the form at runtime,
Click Add for Resources.
Select the resources.
Deny everyone except
Restricts everyone except the defined resource to access the form at runtime.
Add the individuals and groups to permit them accessing the form at runtime.
Configure maintenance access permissions for a resource or group to restrict or grant access to maintain a form. When
you import a form or upgrade
from a previous version, the maintenance access for the form is set to
- In the properties panel of the form, click under Maintenance access.
- On the Name list, select an individual or a group.
Type list, select one of the following options for access.
Users with this access type can create, modify and delete a form, and also set and modify the access permissions for other users. By default, the Everyone group has Full Control.
Users with this access type can modify and delete a form, but cannot change the access permissions.
Users with this access type can only view a form; they cannot modify or delete the form or set and change the access permissions for other users.
The selected individual or group is assigned the maintenance access to forms.
