Configure TotalAgility actions resulting from Micro Focus Content Manager events

Configure and execute TotalAgility actions for events occurring in the Content Manager system. For example, create a file plan shortcut to store Purchase Orders. When a purchase order is checked into the Content Manager system, a TotalAgility job is started to process it.

Important On the Integration Server, you can configure the events in the same way as you do in TotalAgility on-premise.

When the event is raised on the Integration Server, the action is executed on Azure.

The following TotalAgility actions are available for Micro Focus Content Manager events:

  • Change state

  • Create job in case

  • Create new case

  • Create new job

  • Raise event

The following table describes the events in Micro Focus Content Manager for which you can configure TotalAgility actions:

Content Manager event

Purpose

Create Folder

Creates a folder in the Content Manager system.

Add Document

Adds a document to the Content Manager system.

Delete Document

Deletes a document from the Content Manager system.

Document CheckIn

Checks in a document in the Content Manager system.

Document CheckOut

Checks out a document in the Content Manager system.

Declare Record

Declares a document as a record in the Content Manager system.
