Raise event action

Configure a Raise event TotalAgility action for an event against an entity instance in the Dynamics CRM System. For example, set up the Raise event TotalAgility action for the Update event in the Dynamics CRM System. Similarly, you can set up a Raise event action for the other CRM events like Create and Delete.

  1. On the Dynamics CRM page, click the CRM system for which to configure events.

    The Edit CRM system configuration dialog box is displayed.

  2. Click for Events.

    The New CRM event configuration dialog box is displayed.

  3. On the Entities list, select an entity.
  4. Select the Event for which to configure the TotalAgility action, for example, Update.
  5. On the Action list, select Raise event. (Default: Create new job)
  6. To raise an event at runtime, select a dynamic value, or click and enter a static value for Job ID, Event and Source.
  7. Click Save.

    The configured event appears under Events in the Edit CRM system configuration dialog box. You can edit or delete the event.

  8. Click Save.

    When the entity instance is updated in the Dynamics CRM system, TotalAgility raises an event against a job.
