Configure a CMIS create folder activity

  1. Add an activity to the map.

    By default, the Configuration tab is open in the properties panel of the activity.

  2. Change the default Name of the activity to something meaningful.
  3. On the Type list, select CMIS > CMIS create folder.
  4. Configure the following properties.
    Location
    CMIS site

    The CMIS compliant site and the CMIS web service URL.

    By default, some folders appear in the repository. You can create a new folder either at the root level within the repository or as a subfolder under an existing folder.

    Repository

    The repository folder.

    Location

    The location of the new folder. To change the relative path, select one of the following for location:

    • Folder: Select this option to create a new folder at the root level within a repository.

    • Parent folder ID: Select this option to create a new folder under an existing folder.

    New folder
    Relative path

    The relative path for your folder. Enter a static value or select a dynamic variable (process or server).

    Note For Parent folder ID, enter the ID to the parent folder where you wish to create the new folder.

    Folder name

    The name of the new folder. Enter a static value or select a dynamic variable (process or server).

    Result
    Folder ID

    The unique identifier of the folder to populate a variable (process or server).

  5. Save the process map.
