Maintain a linked server

You can update or delete a linked server and also view linked server associations on the Linked servers page.

To open the Linked servers page, navigate to Integration > Linked servers.

Modify a linked server

  1. On the Linked servers page, click the linked server to update.

    The Edit linked server configuration dialog box is displayed.

  2. Make changes as needed.
  3. Click Save.
  4. On the context menu for the folder to delete, click Delete.
    On confirmation, the linked server is deleted.

Delete a linked server

On the Linked servers page, on the context menu for the linked server to delete, click Delete.

On confirmation, the linked server is deleted.

View associations

View the list of processes (all types), business rules and forms associated with the current linked server.

On the Linked servers page, on the context menu of the linked server integration for which to view the associations, click Associations.

The Integration associations - <Linked server integration name> dialog box displays the following list of associations with name and type: Business processes, case definitions, fragments, business rules, and forms, if any. You can click the name link to open the item in a new browser tab and make changes, as needed.
