Maintain a KCM integration

You can modify or delete a KCM instance and also view associations on the KCM page.

To open the KCM page, navigate to Integration > KCM.

Modify a KCM instance

  1. On the KCM page, click the KCM instance to modify.

    The Edit KCM configuration dialog box is displayed.

  2. Make the changes as needed.
  3. Click Save.

Delete a KCM instance

On the KCM page, on the context menu of the KCM instance to delete, click Delete. The system displays a warning message before deleting the instance.

On confirmation, the KCM instance is deleted.

View associations

View the list of processes (all types), business rules and forms associated with the KCM instance.

On the KCM page, on the context menu of the KCM instance integration for which to view the associations, click Associations.

The Integration associations - <KCM instance integration name> dialog box displays the following list of associations with name and type: Business processes, case definitions, fragments, business rules, and forms, if any. You can click the name link to open the item in a new browser tab and make changes, as needed.
