Planning the deployment
Before you deploy the Equitrac Embedded software, we recommend that you develop a deployment plan. The DDU Tool allows you to install the software on a single MFP device or perform a bulk deployment on multiple devices at once.
- Identify the IP address of each MFP device.
- Identify the address of the host server on which each DCE service is running.
- If there are multiple DCEs, identify which devices are assigned to each DCE.
