Restrictions and limitations

For the supported OpenText Livelink/Content Server versions, consult the Technical Specification.

You cannot create categories with this component; a category has to be created using the OpenText Livelink/CS application configuration first.

You cannot create fields with this component. Fields have to be created using the Livelink/CS application configuration first.

You cannot create workflow maps with this component. Workflow maps should be configured on the Livelink/CS server first.

If there are several attributes with the same display name on the server, you can set a value for only one of those attributes. Assigning values to other attributes with the same display name is not allowed.

You should not use the '|' symbol in the attribute value as this symbol is interpreted as the multivalue separator by the component.

The component does not allow instantiating the same workflow map more than once for one document.

The component allows browsing existing projects on the server, but you cannot create a project with this component.
