Equitrac Customers

Contact the Customer Support Center to obtain the URL to our product download page. Once you have the URL, do the following:

  1. Open a web browser, and enter the provided URL in the address field.
  2. In the Updates section, select the Embedded solution appropriate to your installation.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and in the Equitrac Embedded for HP OXP section, click the appropriate solution for your MFP. The software downloads.
  4. If not already created, create the following folder structure on your network drive or local machine running C:\Program Files\Nuance\Equitrac\Device Control Engine\HP OXPd.
    • EquitracAuthenticate_CE.bdl or EquitracAuthenticate_CE_Arm.bdl
    • Manifest.XML
