Kofax Unified Client for Ricoh SOP for Output Manager

The Unified Client for Ricoh Smart Operation Panel embedded application for Output Manager delivers key Output Manager embedded features and functionality directly to the Ricoh Smart Operating Panel (SOP) devices. This client application can also be configured as a Unified Client that provides an integrated user experience for print workflows.

Unified Client for Ricoh Smart Operation Panel controls access to the device and acts as the gateway for Kofax functionality. Users must authenticate to gain access to Kofax-controlled device functions such as printing workflows. Device Registration Service (DRS) configures and deploys the embedded client to single or multiple Ricoh devices that are equipped with the Smart Operation Panel (SOP).

Output Manager provides a comprehensive solution for the management of your organization’s document output. Output Manager consolidates input from multiple platforms and applications and centrally manages resources and documents, providing end-to-end tracking and reporting. Although documents traditionally travel directly from origin to destination, there are considerable benefits to routing them through a centralized system.
