Deployment steps

  1. Prepare for deployment.
    1. Verify prerequisites.
    2. Get the installer packages.
  2. Install and configure ControlSuite or install and configure the AutoStore server and Equitrac Office/Express 5.6 or 5.7 with the latest hotfixes.
  3. Set up Device Registration Service (DRS).
    1. Upload the Ricoh PCC client package into DRS.
    2. Create and add an application in DRS.
    3. Add and configure the Ricoh device.
    4. Install the Ricoh PCC unified client on the device.
    5. Configure the device in Equitrac System Manager.
  4. Configure the Ricoh MFP.
    1. Configure the device certificate on the device.
    2. Ensure that TLS is enabled.
    3. Verify that previous applications are cleared.
  5. Create your first AutoStore workflow.
    1. Configure the Send to Folder workflow.
  6. Create your first Equitrac workflow.
    1. Configure the Print-to-Me workflow.
