User Workflows

This section describes the workflow for users who want to access the available Equitrac Embedded features on the MFP, including:

  • Swipe Card Authentication
  • Follow-You Printing

When Equitrac Embedded for HP OXP is installed on a device, users can log in by manually entering user credentials on the device or by swiping a magnetic stripe card, proximity card, or smart card to access the device functions.
