Add Follow-You Printing to the Service screen for ApeosPort-IV devices

To add a button to access the Follow-You Printing application on the MFP Service screen for ApeosPort-IV devices, do the following:
  1. Login to the MFP as the System Administrator.
  2. On the MFP Service screen, touch Tools.
  3. On the Tools screen, go to System Settings > Web Application Service Setup > Server Setup.
  4. On the Server Setup screen, select a Web Application from the list and touch Change Settings.
  5. On the Web Application Server screen, select the Server Name item and touch Change Settings.
  6. Enter the Server Name (for example, Follow You) that will display on the MFP Service screen, and touch Save.
  7. On the Web Application Server screen, select the URL item, and touch Change Settings.
  8. In the URL field, enter http-p0://<NN.NN.NN.NN>:2939/Public/DCE/EIP/sdr/index.html, where <NN.NN.NN.NN> is the IP address of the Equitrac DCE server, and touch Save. The URL is case sensitive.
    Using http-p0:// at the beginning of the SDR web application URL suppresses the toolbar buttons in the embedded web browser (EWB).
  9. Touch Close on all the system setting and administrator screens to return to the MFP Service screen. The Follow-You Printing application button now appears on the screen with the other device function buttons.
  10. Touch the Admin icon on the top-right of the screen, and touch Logout.
