Product features include:

  • Integration through ControlSuite.

  • Support a single Kofax application in one of the following configurations:

    • AutoStore only.

    • Equitrac only.

    • Output Manager only.

    • AutoStore and Equitrac.

  • Authenticate through Kofax applications.

  • Access print and capture workflows.

  • Support for the device's half-panel soft keyboard (Type 2), which is recommended. An external keyboard can be connected to the USB keyboard for entering passwords and text fields.

  • Walk-up billing codes and document accounting.

  • Secure communication between the device and server using TLS, HTTPS, and SMTP v3.

  • All scan and copy jobs are tracked by the Unified Client for Konica Minolta and can be reviewed with Equitrac or Output Manager reporting.

  • Debug logs available from DWS and the device.
