Release key

If Equitrac is configured for a release key, you are prompted to enter it when you select Print-to-Me or release all workflows. Enter the release key and click Done. If you do not want to continue, click Cancel to return to the preceding screen.

Note the following:

• If an automatic device timeout is configured, your session ends at the specified period of time. You are logged out, and you return to the device Home or Logon screen.

• If Escrow is enabled, and there are insufficient funds in the account, a message appears indicating the cost needed and the available amount left. If multiple jobs are released, the message is displayed for the first account that fails.
