Equitrac Partners

If you are an Equitrac Partner, you can access the software on the Partner Portal website.

  1. Open a web browser, and enter http://partners.equitrac.com in the address field.
  2. Login to the site with your user credentials (User Name and Password).
  3. Navigate to TECH SUPPORT > Software Downloads > Equitrac, and follow the links to retrieve the Equitrac Embedded for HP OXP software files.
  4. If not already created, create the following folder structure on your network drive or local machine running DCE: C:\Program Files\Nuance\Equitrac\Device Control Engine\HP OXPd.
  5. Copy the following files into the folder. The binary (.bdl) file needed depends upon the device model:
    • EquitracAuthenticate_CE.bdl
    • EquitracAuthenticate_CE_Arm.bdl
    • Manifest.XML
