How to configure authorization on the Lexmark MFP (eSF 6.0, 7.0, and 9.0)

Use this procedure to configure AutoStore authorization on an eSF 6.0, 7.0, or 9.0 device.

Unlike earlier versions of Lexmark eSF devices, eSF 6.0, 7.0, and 9.0 devices do not have security templates.
  1. From a web browser, open the Lexmark MFP device web page: http://device_ip
  2. Click Security.
  3. Click Public > Manage Permissions.
  4. Under Function Access, ensure that the Color Dropout and Use Profiles check boxes are selected.
    Ensure that public access to Use Profiles is enabled.
